  • Maintain customer portals and systems; act as main point of contact for schedule and logistics performance.

  • Participate in customer performance reviews and support packaging and delivery issue resolution.

  • Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives in planning and logistics.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in production planning and inventory control, ideally in a Tier 1 automotive or similar high-volume environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (MRP/ERP) and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organisational skills.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.

  • Methodical, flexible, and tenacious in approach with a strong character and innovative mindset.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant engineering or logistics discipline.

  • HNC, IOSCM Level, or MP&L equivalent qualifications preferred.

Hours

If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to make a measurable impact in a globally recognised manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today.
