Grafton Recruitment are working with an FMCG organisation to recruit an experienced Production Planner.

Liasing wilth production, materials and purchasiing teams, You will develop and manage the production shedule for this high volume manufacturing site.

Responsibilities:

• Analysing customer demand, and ensuring that plans achieve the dynamic requirements.
• Liasing with production, purchasing and supply teams to ensure raw materials are in the chain.
• Monitoring stock on hand and highlighting potential shortages.
• Expediting the requirements internally to avoid shortfalls.
• Reporting to the business on performance.

Requirements:

• Previous production planning experience in high volume fast paced environment.
• Analytical and able to quickly assess changes required and reflect in planning process.
• Strong cross functional liason skills.
• Focused on continuous improvement.

This is a permanent role and will be based on site 5 days/week.
