A market-leading FMCG business is on the lookout for a talented Production Planner to join their fast-paced, forward-thinking Supply Chain team. If you're ready to play a critical role in driving planning performance and efficiency - this is your chance.

You'll take charge of planning and organising manufacturing volumes across shifts, ensuring operations run smoothly, cost-effectively, and on time. This includes:

• Preparing & updating weekly/monthly planning schedules

• Maintaining the product database

• Producing monthly capacity reports

• Reacting quickly to shifts in customer demand

• Communicating production needs across planning, warehousing and production teams

Your input will directly impact production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall supply chain performance.

We want someone who thrives in high-energy environments, builds strong relationships, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience in a planning role within FMCG, Food Production or Fresh Produce

• Strong ERP system knowledge in a planning setting

• A natural problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)

• Confident communication to engage teams and customers

• The drive to hit the ground running and make an impact fast

You'll be working closely with the wider operations and planning team, so being a team player with a keen eye for detail and a focus on results is a must.
