Production Planner

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a flexible and reliable Production Planner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities for a Production Planner:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders.
• Coordinate production workflow across multiple product lines and different departments to effectively meet the companies KPI target.
• Monitor production progress, adjust schedules in real time, and troubleshoot disruptions to minimise downtime and budget overruns.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, quality control, and warehouse teams to synchronize materials availability and delivery schedules.

Key Skills for a Production Planner:

• Experience within Planning/ scheduling.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or distribution sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in forecasting, scheduling, and documentation.
