Purpose

Rubicon’s client are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Production Planner to join their dynamic team. The need for this role has materialised from steady and consistent increase in product demand, which has emanated from a longstanding reputation for high quality products and service.

As Production Planner, you’ll:

Manage the scheduling and workflow in collaboration with the Sales and Procurement teams for the production planning processes
Analyse data from all database systems to anticipate and forecast future sales conversions
Produce detailed and accurate reporting to senior management each month
Communicate effectively with supply teams, engineers and production managers to ensure required resources are available and scheduled for upcoming projects
To be the next Production Planner, you’ll have:

Experience within a production planning role
Familiarity with working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Critical thinking abilities to identify methods for streamlining operations
Knowledge and understanding of CRM or ERP systems
An analytical mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively
