Production Planning Demand Manager

Joining us as a Production Planning Demand Manager

The Production Planning Demand Manager ensures resolver groups, desk operations, and productivity align with budget and plan, collaborates with internal teams to balance supply and demand for SLA compliance, and oversees scaling assumptions to optimise business performance.

You’ll receive a salary of up to £60,000, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

• Develop scalable plans to meet contractual performance targets  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply lines with future demand  
• Track and analyse key performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities  
• Ensure optimal resource deployment to maintain efficiency and performance  
• Manage shrinkage, leakage, overtime, and workforce upskilling  
• Leverage data insights to enhance efficiency, processes, and resource allocation  

What you’ll bring to the role

You will be a proven strong strategic leader of people, process and systems with a track record of CRM overhauling and transformation. You'll also have:

• Demand planning and forecast experience to ensure alignment between sales and workforce requirements

• Expertise in supply chain management to coordinate CityFibre operations with partners and customers seamlessly

• Advanced data analysis expertise, skilled in complex queries for informed individual and team decision-making
