Hours: 7am - 7pm (42 hrs per week)

Salary: £46,800 per annum

We’re on the hunt for a Production Shift Manager in Norwich to lead the snack squad in making sure our crisps crunch to perfection ! You’ll oversee the production process and make sure everything runs smoothly, so our snacks can make their way from our ovens to the aisles (and into the mouths of snack lovers everywhere!).

• Excellent People Management Skills: Essential for leading our dedicated crew in an FMCG environment.
• Retailer Audits Experience: You've been through the trenches and know how to navigate major retailer audits with finesse.
• Thorough Knowledge of Standards: From BRC to HACCP, you're well-versed in industry standards and regulations.
