You'll be the driving force behind your shift: keeping product flowing efficiently, hitting customer spec every time, and leading a team that looks to you for direction. What you'll need:

A Continuous Improvement qualification
IOSH
HACCP
ILM Level 3
Experience with an ERP system
Confident with Microsoft Office packages
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage performance
A data-driven approach to improving quality and efficiency
The resilience to stay organised and deliver under pressure
Full right to work in the UK (sponsorship isn't available for this role)
