What You’ll Be Doing:
• Keeping everything running smoothly and safely by following company policies and health & safety rules
• Tracking site performance and making sure we’re hitting (or beating!) our KPIs
• Organising staff rotas and resources to keep things efficient and on track
• Encouraging a team culture of accountability and strong time management
• Leading audits and making sure all records are spot on
• Looking for ways to improve how we do things and making those ideas happen
• Acting as the go-to person on site and liaising with senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience leading a team or managing a site
• Solid understanding of compliance and operational processes
• A track record of smashing performance targets
• Top-notch organisational and time management skills
• A natural, approachable leader who communicates clearly and confidently
• Experience in anti-corrosion or custom packaging is a bonus
• A proactive mindset and confidence in making the right calls

Helpful Extras:
• Background in logistics, facilities, manufacturing, or construction
• Familiarity with lean processes or continuous improvement strategies
• Comfortable using systems and reporting tools
