Job Title: Food Production Supervisor
Location: Northfleet, Kent
Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a Food Production Supervisor to join the team and play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations on the production floor. This position is responsible for managing production staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards are upheld, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members

• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMPs, etc.)

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Train and support team members to meet production and quality goals

• Report on production metrics and work closely with management

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in food production or manufacturing supervision

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if needed

Day shift and night shift available

Salary 30k to 34k depending on shift and experience
