Production Supervisor

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a well-established and growing manufacturing business that’s looking to bring a Manufacturing Supervisor on board. This is a key hire to help guide and support production teams, keep things running smoothly on the shop floor, and make a real impact. The hours for the role are between 1-2pm and 9-10pm

• Manage and support a team of manufacturing cell leaders and operatives across the shift.
• Keep production on track – ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the right quality/right first time.
• Be the go-to person between your team and the Operations Manager
• Champion a culture of quality, safety, and compliance.
• Spot opportunities to improve how things are done and support lean initiatives.

• Experience in a manufacturing leadership or supervisory role – ideally with qualifications like ILM Level 3, HNC, NVQ Level 5 or a degree.
• Strong people skills – someone who can motivate teams, give clear direction, and handle challenges on the ground.
• Confident communicator, both with your team and senior stakeholders.
• A good understand of data and analysis (Excel competency)
• Good knowledge of H&S, quality standards, and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma certs are a bonus!).
