What will you be doing as the production supervisor

• Leading your team to achieve production targets and deliver quality results.
• Collaborating with other departments to drive continuous improvement
• Championing Health & Safety and identifying areas for further improvement.
• Using Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools to streamline processes

What do you need to apply for the production supervisor position

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement techniques
• Recognised supervisory or management training (desirable)
• Experience with new product introduction (desirable)
