Role Overview:
As the Assistant Pack house Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising daily operations, ensuring efficiency in the packing process, and maintaining the highest quality control standards. You'll be a vital part of a friendly and diverse team, making a difference from day one!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and assist in planning, organising, and monitoring packing activities to meet customer demands.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure optimal productivity and work flow.
• Oversee inventory management, logistics coordination, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Train staff on health & safety, product quality, hygiene, and record-keeping.
• Communicate effectively with all relevant personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in carrying out annual appraisals with all subordinates ensuring individual development programs are implemented.
• Communicate any updates or changes in operations to all Packing Supervision, Quality Control, and all relevant personnel.
• Assist in planning/authorising annual holidays to ensure department efficiency's are not affected.
