Expansion has created this new and exciting opportunity to work for this well established Electrical designer and manufacturer. You will be responsible for overseeing and directing production activities in a manufacturing facility, ensuring that production targets are met, workflows are streamlined, and quality standards are maintained.

You will be managing a team of production workers, monitoring workflow and implementing process improvements. Other responsibilities include: production planning and scheduling; quality control; problem-solving and troubleshooting; process improvement and safety compliance

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally electrical or related - experienced in continuous improvement, lean management and able to foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating and engaging team members.
