Production Supervisor

We are partnering with an established manufacturer based on Churchfields Industrial Estate in Salisbury and we’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead their team on the production shop floor.

This role is ideal for someone with strong people management experience in a manufacturing environment as your ability to lead, motivate and drive performance in a fast-paced setting is key.

As the Production Supervisor you’ll work Monday to Friday and annual salary is £32000.

Key Responsibilities in your role as Production Supervisor include:

• Supervise day-to-day production operations

• Manage and support a team of production operatives

• Ensure output, quality and health & safety standards are met

• Handle staffing, workflow and basic troubleshooting issues

• Collaborate with other departments (planning, maintenance, quality)

• Support onboarding and training of new staff

What You’ll Have:

• Proven experience in manufacturing team leadership or supervision

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to drive performance and maintain morale under pressure

• Hands-on approach and confident decision-maker

• Comfortable working to targets and KPI

• Ideally knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement

• Basic understanding of production reporting tools
