Production Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to drive daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing a team of operators, and ensuring that manufacturing targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are met.

Coordinates workflow, monitors performance, resolves production issues, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency.

Performance management reviews.

Production planning, assignment of daily & weekly tasks for assembly operatives.

Work with engineering team to oversee maintenance of equipment and develop strong business relationships.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.

Flexibility for shifts and occasional overtime
