Description

Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.
Coordinate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to optimise workflow and resolve any issues.
Monitor equipment performance and liaise with maintenance teams for repairs or upgrades.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management review.
Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to meet overall business objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.4 Days on 3 Days off

Profile

A successful Production Supervisor should have:
