Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Isle of Wight

Hours: 40 hours per week ( includes every other Saturday during peak season, with a day off in the week in lieu)

Days: Monday - Friday (December - March), Monday - every other Saturday ( April - November)

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

Overseeing and participating in daily production operations,
ensuring schedules, targets, quality standards and health and safety regulations are met.
producing juices, cooking sauces and condiments.
leading and monitoring a small team of staff,
managing stock of raw materials, packaging and resources,
maintaining records, trackability documentation and reporting.

Experience:

Must have previous supervisory experience within manufacturing or production and the ability to lead by example.
Must have good understanding of food safety and the ability to communicate confidently and motivate staff.
Must have good organisational skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure.

Salary: £14.90 per hour
