Your responsibilities as Production Supervisor

Lead teams to achieve performance, productivity and efficiency targets
Monitor quality, waste and operational performance while ensuring food safety, GMP and Health & Safety procedures are followed
Manage production schedules and changeovers to keep operations running effectively
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions
Deliver team briefings and support training, development and performance management
Take ownership of stock control, material usage and production processes
What we’re looking for in a Production Supervisor

Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or food production environment
Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching and developing teams
Good understanding of Health & Safety, quality and operational standards
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage demanding targets within a fast-paced environment
