Workshop Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a successful and innovative manufacturing business in Havant.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader who has previously worked night shifts and led medium-sized production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead medium-sized manufacturing teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
Ensure production plans are delivered efficiently and to schedule.
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions where required.
Promote and maintain high Health & Safety and quality standards.
Manage production headcount in line with agreed budgets.
Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Ensure effective shift handovers and communication.
Coach, develop and hold Production Leaders and Operatives accountable.
Provide overall supervision of night-shift operations, including maintenance and security.
About You 

Previous experience working night shifts within a manufacturing/production environment.
Proven experience leading medium-sized teams within a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor or similar leadership role.
Strong people-management, leadership and coaching skills.
Experience working with KPIs and continuous improvement.
Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality requirements.
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on achieving results.
