Production Supervisor - Nightshift

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Nightshift Production Supervisor to join our FMCG client located in Hamilton. The ideal candidate will excel at managing people, processes and performance, with a focus on achieving excellent results.

Description

• Lead and manage the nightshift team to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental policies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling for the nightshift.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Review and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.

Profile

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Proven experience in a management position within the FMCG industry would be beneficial.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work nights and manage a diverse team.
