We are currently seeking enthusiastic Production Support staff to join our team across various shifts. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our production lines. Shifts Available: Various shifts including weekends, backshifts and nights to accommodate your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators with the setup and operation of production equipment as needed.
• Support the production team in meeting daily output targets by performing essential tasks that enhance workflow.
• Ensure that work areas are clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Monitor product quality and report any inconsistencies to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work culture and support others in achieving overall production success.

• No prior experience is necessary, but experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various team members.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy skills to assist in product quality checks.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts as required by production needs.
