Production Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Team Leader with a strong background in electronics assembly and possess excellent leadership abilities to join our clients facility in Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader include:

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers in the electronics assembly department
• Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues promptly
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

We're looking for Production Team Leaders with the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in electronics assembly is essential 
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
