Manufacturing Team Leader

Elevation Recruitment are supporting a well-established and still growing manufacturing company in the Rotherham area as they look to add a Manufacturing Team Leader to their structure, aimed at guiding and support production teams while ensuring operational excellence on the shop floor.

• Lead, coach, and support a team of manufacturing cell leaders and operatives across the shift

• Monitor workflow and ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

• Uphold and enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards.

• Act as the key point of contact between your team and senior production management.

• Identify process improvements and support implementation of lean manufacturing principles.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory or leadership role. Leadership qualifications are preferred (ILM L3, Degree, HNC or NVQ L5)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate teams and manage performance in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of health & safety protocols, quality standards, and continuous improvement methods (Lean Six Sigma qualification will improve your application).
