We are looking for a motivated production team leader to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the technical manageryou will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of production within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of operators. The position will appeal to a strong operator/ team leader looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

• Ensuring Production Team are Supported
• Working on a Production Line
• Overseeing 16 Operators

Skills and Qualifications

• Food/ FMCG Experience Required
• Team Leader Experience Desirable
• Food Safety Quals (HACCP) Desirable
• Any Engineering Quals Desirable
