Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of production operatives, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Manage daily production schedules and processes to meet customer demand while ensuring product quality.
Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Actively participate in training and development initiatives to upskill your team and enhance productivity.
Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices for efficiency.
Serve as a key communicator between management and the production team, ensuring open lines of feedback and collaboration.
We have Team Leader roles working the following shifts:
4 day week
Friday 05.30 OR 06.30-14.00 OR 15.00
Saturday 05.30 OR 06.30-17.30 OR 18.30
Sunday 05.30 OR 06.30-17.30 OR 18.30
Monday 05.30 OR 06.30-14.00 OR 15.00
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.
Effective communication skills, ensuring clarity and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and work schedules, with a positive attitude towards challenges.
