Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of production operatives, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Manage daily production schedules and processes to meet customer demand while ensuring product quality.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Actively participate in training and development initiatives to upskill your team and enhance productivity.
• Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices for efficiency.
• Serve as a key communicator between management and the production team, ensuring open lines of feedback and collaboration.

We have Team Leader roles working the following shifts:

4 day week

Friday 05.30 OR 06.30-14.00 OR 15.00

Saturday 05.30 OR 06.30-17.30 OR 18.30

Sunday 05.30 OR 06.30-17.30 OR 18.30

Monday 05.30 OR 06.30-14.00 OR 15.00

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.
• Effective communication skills, ensuring clarity and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and work schedules, with a positive attitude towards challenges.
