Description

• Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet operational targets.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of outputs.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards across all processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related challenges.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance and skill levels.
• Generate and review daily production reports to track progress and address any issues.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions where necessary.

Shift Pattern: 6AM-2PM

Salary: £31,500

Profile

• This position is all around attitude and personality rather than experience led
• Someone looking to actively build a career in a fast paced high volume environment
• Willing to get stuck in and take direct career advice to aid in progression
• Ideally FMCG/High volume manufacturing background
• Some leadership experience would be beneficial but not required
