Shifts: 4-on, 4-off (12-hour day and night shifts)

• Running and monitoring large-scale production equipment in a cleanroom setting

• Following GMP and SOPs to ensure every product meets strict quality standards

• Carrying out in-process checks and maintaining accurate batch documentation

• Supporting production line changeovers, setups, and hygiene routines

• Driving continuous improvement across safety, efficiency, and quality

• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or similar)

• A keen eye for detail and strong documentation skills

• Reliable and proactive, with the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern

• A valid driving licence and access to your own transport (due to shift patterns)
