Are you a Production Technician or similar looking for a stable, days-based role within a global company offering a 4 day working week?

In this workshop based role, you will master the technical processes involved in the assembly of a range of electrical products and lead the training and development of the assembly team to ensure a highly skilled and flexible workforce. Liaising closely to the Operations Manager you will support the planning of the production schedule and occasionally support on the production line.

Founded over 80 years ago, this global company specialises in a range of technical electrical equipment, ranging from solenoids to switches. They aim to offer the best service in the industry and have clear goals to double in size over the next 5 years.

This role would suit a Production Technician looking for a 4-day working week within an internationally recognised business.

The Role:

Leading training and development sessions for the production team
Supporting the Operations Manager with the planning of production
Supporting the production leads
Monday to Thursday, 7am - 4:45pmThe Person:
