Production Technician

We’re currently recruiting for a Production Assembler / Production Operative to join a busy and well‑established Hand Assembly team based in Farlington. This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly or manufacturing experience who enjoys precise, hands‑on work in a structured production environment.

This role plays a key part in maintaining high quality standards and would suit a candidate who is comfortable carrying out repetitive assembly and inspection of identical small components, while working to defined procedures and industry standards.

What you’ll be doing:

Hand assembling connectors and small components
Completing repetitive assembly and inspection tasks to specification
Carrying out first‑off and last‑off inspections
Performing quality check patrolling during production runs
Ensuring all work meets quality and specification standards
Working in line with EN9100 requirements and standard operating procedures
Supporting additional production duties where required, including packing

What we’re looking for:

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Experience working with small components and fine hand assembly
Ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
A reliable, dedicated approach to work
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Able to follow structured processes and quality systems (EN9100 experience desirable)
