Responsibilities:

• Developing and rolling out smart, effective electronic test strategies
• Leading and mentoring the test team - giving structure, support, and purpose
• Overseeing test system design - including hardware and software elements
• Managing people operations: performance reviews, absence, motivation, and growth
• Ensuring reliability, accuracy, and efficiency across all test activities
• Defining production test requirements for new product development
• Working with R&D and production to resolve issues and troubleshoot problems
• Monitoring KPIs, reporting test metrics, and driving continuous improvement
• Keeping everything on track - from test schedules and resources to budget management
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards (ISO, IPC, etc.)

Requirements:

• A higher-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or similar
• Strong experience in electronic testing, ideally in a manufacturing or R&D setting
• Excellent understanding of test methodologies, tools, and equipment
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and ideally high voltage testing regulations
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Confident leadership, communication, and project management abilities
• A collaborative, team-first approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
