Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.12 per hour upon successful completion of the qualifying period

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
Friday: 08:00 - 15:30

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

Operate large-scale manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
Monitor machine performance and report any issues promptly.
Ensure products meet quality and production standards.

Manual Handling

Lift, move and handle paper rolls and foam blocks weighing up to 25kg.
Support production processes through safe and effective material handling.

Housekeeping

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Follow all company health and safety procedures.

Computer Use

Use basic computer systems to manage workflows and production information.
Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties.
Confident using computers in a workplace setting.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and safety conscious.

Desirable Skills

FLT Counterbalance Licence preferred but not essential.
Training may be provided for the right candidate.
