Production/Machine Operatives

Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking Production Operatives to join their team. This is a contract position suitable for dedicated individuals with a background in assembly and machining.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating assembly machinery and equipment
Adhering to production schedules and ensuring the quality of assembled products
Monitoring and maintaining assembly line efficiency
Performing machining tasks as required
Following strict safety protocols and guidelines
Reporting any machinery faults or breakdowns promptly
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets

Job Requirements:

Experience in assembly and machining within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with assembly processes and equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
Understanding of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing setting
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing production needs

Hours: (2 week rotating pattern)

6am - 2pm (Monday to Thursday) and 6am - 11am (Friday)

2pm - 10pm (Monday to Thurssday) and 11am - 4pm (Friday)

Pay:

£13.00 per hour (rising based upon development)
