Production/Sales Administrator

Zenith are looking to recruit an experienced Production/Sales Administrator to work in the Northumberland area. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding Morpeth business in a great, friendly working environment. The successful candidate must have an eye for detail, strong work ethic and commitment.

Responsibilities

* You will provide administration support to the Account Management team

* You will be responsible for processing new orders, sourcing items and preparing quotations

* Organising logistics

* Raising Quotations

* Organising product visuals and checking artwork proofs

* Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries

* General administration duties

Requirements

* Previous admin experience in an office environment

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Capable of working in a fast-paced environment where you will have multiple projects on the go at once

* Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems and products quickly

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Great team ethic and customer service

* Thoroughness, accuracy and an eye for detail

* Able to prioritise and manage several tasks at once

* Polite and friendly manner

* A team player with passion and drive to succeed
