Professional Indemnity Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £60,000+ (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity to join a team known for its technical excellence, top-tier client base, and involvement in complex, high-value litigation. JOB REF:0114.

THE ROLE:
• Manage your own caseload independently, with appropriate supervision
• Collaborate on large, high-value, multi-party matters
• Draft detailed legal and technical documentation
• Provide expert liability and coverage advice to clients
• Build strong relationships with insurers, clients, experts, counsel, and colleagues
• Support and supervise junior team members including trainees and paralegals
• Contribute to team business development efforts and client pitches
• Ensure service excellence in line with SLAs and internal procedures

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 5+ years PQE and extensive experience in Professional Indemnity, particularly in defending construction-related claims
• Strong background in insurance litigation, coverage analysis, and professional risk matters
• Solid understanding of commercial insurance policies and the insurance market
• Experience dealing with brokers, underwriters, and insurers
• Exceptional legal analysis, communication, and client management skills
• A commercial, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
