Professional Negligence Solicitor (NQ-7)

We are looking for two Litigation Lawyers to join our Professional Disputes team in Edinburgh.

About the Role:

You will work on professional negligence and commercial disputes, representing insurers and professionals. Many of your cases will involve construction professionals. You will gain experience in litigation, arbitration, mediation and disciplinary matters.

Your work will include:

• Managing your own cases, following insurer service agreements
• Assisting with high-value and complex claims
• Representing clients in court (Sheriff Court & Court of Session)
• Using alternative dispute resolution methods
• Building client relationships and taking part in business development
• Gaining advocacy experience in the Sheriff Court
