Role Requirements:

Experience:

• 2-4 years' PQE
• Handling interesting and complex professional negligence and commercial dispute resolution cases
• Representing professionals in various legal settings, including Sheriff Court and Court of Session

Skills:

• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ambition and tenacity
• Ability to manage a caseload in compliance with service level agreements
• Proficiency in capturing and recording management information
