A leading international law firm is launching a brand new opportunity within its London office and is seeking a dynamic and self-starting Professional Support & Business Development Lawyer. This role sits at the intersection of legal excellence and commercial insight, supporting a range of high-performing finance teams-including fund finance, private credit, restructuring & insolvency, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of market-shifting legal developments in finance and share actionable insights
• Respond to ad hoc legal queries with precision and clarity
• Design, coordinate, and occasionally deliver training programs across finance practice groups
• Lead the development and maintenance of best-in-class finance precedents

What the Firm Is Looking For:

• Strong technical knowledge across key finance disciplines
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to foster engagement and drive initiatives
• Previous experience in a similar professional support or knowledge management role is advantageous. The role requires a qualified lawyer.
