Professional Support Lawyer (Real Estate), 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an exceptional individual to join a dynamic Real Estate team as a Professional Support Lawyer. JOB REF: 0575.

THE ROLE:
• You will play a pivotal role in driving legal excellence, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the Real Estate Department.
• Providing regular updates on legislation, case law, and policy developments to ensure the team remains at the forefront of legal change.
• Responsible for delivering an engaging learning and development programme, including interactive seminars and workshops for fee earners at all levels.
• Supporting the General Counsel & Risk team on regulatory and compliance matters, including implementation of updated risk protocols.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A minimum of 5 Years PQE with strong experience in commercial real estate law, including landlord and tenant, asset management, investment and finance structures, and mixed-use development.
• A solid understanding of legal tech, including workflow automation and generative AI, and a strategic mindset around using these tools to drive efficiency.
• Prior PSL experience is welcome, but not essential, this role will also suit experienced lawyers ready to take the next step in their career.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
