The Professions Development Underwriter role:

• Broker Relationship Management & Development:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong broker relationships
  • Address queries and develop business at both case-by-case and account levels
• Underwriting & Portfolio Management:
  • Underwrite accounts with a focus on profitability and efficiency in PI and financial lines
  • Regularly review and refine underwriting guides
  • Conduct workshops to enhance broker and internal team understanding
• Growth & Governance:
  • Take responsibility for profitably growing the book
  • Ensure robust compliance and governance practices
  • Leverage a modern, data-driven approach in decision making
