Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team and help lead the successful delivery of key projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in critical thinking, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Experience in business case writing, persuasive presentation skills, and a track record of delivering major projects, particularly in IT, healthcare, or education sectors, will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Utilise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster a culture of teamwork and innovation.
Develop and present compelling business cases to stakeholders, demonstrating the value and feasibility of proposed initiatives.
Utilise excellent presentation skills to communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
Drive strategic change initiatives and business transformation efforts to enhance organisational performance and efficiency.
Leverage expertise in programme management methodologies to streamline processes and optimise project delivery.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Programme Manager, ideally within IT, healthcare, education, or related industries.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Excellent people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated proficiency in business case writing and persuasive presentation techniques.
Experience leading major projects from conception to completion, with a focus on strategic change and business transformation.
Familiarity with Programme Management Office (PMO) practices and methodologies.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
