The Job

• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including planning, trafficking, optimisation, and reporting within the company's proprietary DSP

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of programmatic clients across Europe, offering guidance, training, and support

• Handle technical setup, including tagging, pixel implementation, and QA, working with internal stakeholders and clients

• Analyse campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to improve outcomes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with trading desks, programmatic buyers, and agencies to drive platform adoption

You

• 4+ years' experience in a programmatic, ad tech, or SaaS environment with hands-on campaign management and ad operations exposure

• Fluent in English and one other European language (e.g. French, German, or Italian)

• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, campaign optimisation, and performance metrics

• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset and strong stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a hands-on and proactive approach
