Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Programmatic Lead to join our team. The Programmatic Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our programmatic advertising campaigns, including strategy development, campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic buying platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement programmatic advertising strategies that align with client objectives and KPIs.
Manage all aspects of programmatic campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
Utilize programmatic buying platforms (e.g., DSPs, DMPs) to execute campaigns across display, video, mobile, and other digital channels.
Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to reach the most relevant audiences with tailored messaging.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively optimize to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and opportunities for optimization.
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic buying.
Proficiency with programmatic buying platforms such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs.
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
Experience managing programmatic campaigns across multiple channels (display, video, mobile, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet performance goals within budget constraints.
Google Ads and/or IAB certification(s) a plus.
