The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of gas infrastructure from a civil perspective, encompassing repairs and replacement strategies.Key Responsibilities:Lead and demonstrate ownership from to successful completion, showcasing a proven track record in project lifecycle management.Operate as a senior stakeholder, actively engaging in strategic decision-making, while also willing to dive into the operational aspects when necessary.Exhibit authoritative presence and the ability to challenge effectively across various organizational levels, including the Client and Local Delivery Partners.Embrace a data-driven approach to decision-making and project management, utilizing metrics and insights to drive performance and deliver results.Leverage extensive gas industry experience to comprehend and integrate Health & Safety standards, local council regulations, partner requirements, legislative mandates, and customer expectations into project planning and execution.Requirements:Demonstrated experience in overseeing gas mains contracts, with a focus on civil aspects such as repairs and replacements.Proven capability in managing projects from inception to completion, showcasing leadership and effective stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to blend strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in operational aspects when necessary.Strong communication skills to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of data-driven insights for decision-making.In-depth understanding of Health & Safety regulations, legislative requirements, and customer expectations within the gas industry.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and drive impactful change within our clients Gas Mains Contract.
