Description

Manage and oversee the PMO function for finance-related technology programmes.
Ensure project governance, standards, and methodologies are followed.
Track and report on project performance against objectives and budgets.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on course.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Support resource allocation and capacity planning across the portfolio.
Maintain documentation, ensuring transparency and accessibility.
Provide guidance and support to project teams as needed.Profile

A successful Programme Management Office (PMO) Manager should have:

Experience in managing PMO functions within the technology or finance domain.
Strong understanding of project governance and methodologies.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Salary dependent on the level of experience, ranging from £60,000 to £70,000.
Hybrid Working arrangements.
