Job Description - Programme Manager

Role: Programme Manager
Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to £75,000 per annum
Hours: 7AM/9AM – 3PM/6PM Mon-Fri
Location: Droitwich

Are you an experienced Programme Manager looking for your next opportunity? I’m currently representing my manufacturing client based in Droitwich who are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join them on a contract basis.

As the Programme Manager, you’ll step into a high-impact role overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major programmes that drive both customer satisfaction and strategic growth. You'll be working across multiple cross-functional teams, championing innovation in Data Centre Cooling solutions, and ensuring every project under your watch delivers on quality, budget, and time.

Programme Manager - Job Description

Leading complex programmes composed of multiple interrelated projects.
Aligning project goals with broader company strategy.
Managing budgets, resources, and timelines with precision.
Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, executives, and clients.
Overseeing risk management, issue resolution, and programme integration.
Mentoring project managers and ensuring best practices in delivery and customer care

Programme Manager - Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

A degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (MA a plus)
Extensive experience managing multiple concurrent projects or large-scale programmes
Background of Building Services Mechanical & Electrical skills preferable but not essential
Industry certifications (PMP, AGPM, PRINCE2)
Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
Proficiency in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
Flexibility to travel across EMEA and be based in Droitwich Spa when not on-site
