The organisation operates a complex network of manufacturing sites and is investing significantly in operational excellence, digital transformation, and business-wide change programmes to improve efficiency, productivity, and long-term growth.
The business has an established Transformation function responsible for delivering strategic change across manufacturing operations, systems, and business processes. With a sizeable portfolio of programmes underway, this role offers the chance to work on high-impact initiatives, collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the organisation.
Description
Lead the end-to-end management of strategic programmes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Oversee systems implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment. Utilise data and analytics to measure programme progress and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with operational requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines. Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with programme delivery. Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to senior stakeholders.Profile
A successful Programme Manager should have:
Proven experience in programme management within the FMCG or a related industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes. Experience in Systems Implementation. Solid understanding of data and analytics to support decision-making. Expertise in managing organisational change and stakeholder communication. Excellent problem-solving and project planning skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.Job Offer
