This role suits a Programme Manager with a strong foundation in Building Services (M&E), project management methodologies, and leadership experience.

The Role

• Lead multiple complex programmes from planning through to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, manufacturing, commissioning) to drive execution and resolve technical challenges
• Monitor programme performance to meet quality standards, timelines, and budget targets

The Person

• Experience managing multiple projects/programmes in Building Services (M&E)
• Degree in Business or Project Management, with certifications such as PMP, AGPM, or PRINCE2
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ideally with exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall systems
