As part of a significant digital transformation programme within this household name charity, an experienced, Senior Business Transformation Programme Manager - with experience of ERP systems - is required to play a leading role to drive my client to become one of the most digitally and data advanced international non-government organisations in the world.

The Role

Working in a sector that is truly rewarding, The Senior Programme Manager will structure & deliver large and complex strategic transformation programmes & projects, as part of a large digital transformation that will deliver a range of new and replacement back office systems globally - specifically ERP and CRM. The Senior Programme Manager will hold matrix management responsibilities, including matrix-managing Project Managers, to deliver multiple programme/project workstreams, and will be responsible for the direction, implementation, executive control and completion of multi-year, multi-million pound programmes & projects across the organisation.

What experience does the Programme Manager need?

• Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering transformation projects involving significant amounts of business change
• Experience of IT system implementation/migration projects - ERP experience is specifically required
• Demonstrable end-to-end global project/programme management experience from inception to business transition and completion
• Experience of successfully managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders within a matrix management environment
• Strong people engagement skills, coupled with the drive, determination and influencing skills to keep projects on-track, and within timeframes
• Experience of working within formal methodologies – Waterfall and Agile.
