This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent German speaker to lead complex, high-value automotive programmes for a well-established engineering business near Leamington Spa. You’ll be working on cutting-edge engineering projects with global customers, leading programmes from concept to delivery and supporting every stage in between.

Programme Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple complex automotive projects simultaneously
• Act as the main point of contact for international clients
• Manage project reviews, timing plans, budgets, and negotiations
• Ensure all activities follow best practice and project policies
• Provide customer support across the full programme lifecycle
• Report on financial performance and overall project health

Requirements:

• Fluent in both German and English
• Strong background in automotive project management (ideally motorsport/drivetrain)
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Project
• Structured problem-solving experience (e.g. 8D methodology)
• APM membership or equivalent (desirable)
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (advantageous)
